I am thrilled to share my immense pride in attending the installation ceremony of Professor John M. Mohin OBE D.Univ DL, on Friday 19 April 2024, as the Deputy Lieutenant and High Sheriff of Merseyside.

John is truly a remarkable man, and it was an honour to witness this momentous occasion. His dedication and commitment to serving Liverpool, Merseyside and the United Kingdom are truly inspiring, and I have no doubt that he will continue to make significant contributions to our community and country.

He also serves as the Chairman of Graham Shapiro Design, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills and business acumen. His role in the corporate world, combined with his public service commitments, truly exemplifies his well-rounded capabilities and his passion for making a positive impact in various spheres.

I have no doubt that John will excel in his new roles as Deputy Lieutenant and High Sheriff, and I am excited to see the positive changes and initiatives he will bring to the City of Liverpool and beyond. Congratulations John on this well-deserved recognition, and I am confident that your future endeavours will continue to inspire us all.
