Proud to have finished the  Ironman 70.3 Vouliagmeni Greece 2023, with my close friends, James Holloway and Jonathan Biddle. We raised over £3,500 for The Graham Shapiro Foundation’s 5 Charities: YoungMinds, Alzheimer’s Society, Mental Health Foundation, Help for Heroes and Mind, as well as the Innovation Enterprise.
