I was proud to be a judge at the first ever International Customer Experience Awards in Holland in November 2018.
The International Customer Experience Awards celebrated and recognised the very best across multiple categories with the Finals and Awards Ceremony being the culmination of an engaging and exciting awards journey for all participants.
This unique event enabled businesses from across the world to compete for the ultimate accolade in the world of customer experience.
There were over 20 judges, including myself, with businesses entering worldwide.
The two categories I was asked to Chair were:
Effective Use of Social Media or Mobile and Best Digital Strategy.
The one winner that stood out for me was T-Mobile who won Best Digital Strategy . A cool presentation with 3 representatives whose attention to detail on the product was phenomenal.
They had created a very clever what’s app style messaging portal for existing customers, believing and proving that email communication could be a thing of the past and the future lies in txt messaging, saving time and money. They had also developed an environment with their customer base, where instead of having multiple account handlers per customer, you would have one point of contact. Excellent concept.
