Every company in that room was a winner.

Some days stay with you and our seventh Customer Centricity World Series and AI World Series Awards 2026, in Dubai was one of them. As Chairman of ARCET Global and Chair of Judges, I stood in a room filled with organisations from across the world, each one having looked honestly at its own work and found the courage to put it forward to be judged.

To every winner and every finalist, congratulations. Your achievement was earned and it was a privilege to celebrate it with you.

What made the day remarkable was not only the recognition but the wisdom shared along the way. Our guest speakers and panellists gave us more than insight. Their knowledge, their honesty and their practical advice on putting people at the heart of customer experience and AI were genuinely inspirational and I know many of us left with ideas that will shape the year ahead.
None of this happens without the people behind it. To my incredible team, Mark, Richard, Laura and Nigel thank you for the dedication and care you put into every detail. To our judges, thank you for your rigour, your fairness and the generous feedback you gave every finalist. Thank you to Dubai Silicon Oasis and to Mr Badr Buhannad, Director General, Klim and Kelly, for three years of partnership and for so graciously welcoming us into your home. To QuestionPro and all of our partners, thank you for believing in what we do.
We have rebuilt the Awards from the ground up for next year and I can promise you this: the best is still to come.
Proud to be ARCET Global.
