Gold Stevie® Award 2026 in Paris
I've been named Gold winner for Best Digital Entrepreneur at the 23rd International Business Awards, the Stevie® Awards.
The competition was big this year: more than 3,400 nominations from 82 countries, judged by over 200 business professionals.
I’ve been an entrepreneur for more than 30 years. It can be a lonely job and plenty of what I’ve tried hasn’t worked. So I don’t take recognition like this for granted.
For me, though, the more important news is that Reggie® Firedrill won two Silvers: Achievement in Technology Innovation, and Achievement in Health and Safety Excellence.
Reggie® replaces the paper roll call with a GPS-enabled app. In an evacuation, wardens can see straight away who is out and who is still missing. Most fire drills are still a clipboard and a headcount in the car park, and that has needed changing for a long time. I think Reggie® will save lives, and these awards suggest the safety industry agrees.
