Not only to raise money for 6 great causes but to enable me to have the inner strength and determination to tackle the challenges, mentally and physically. If I can do it anyone can! Before December 2014 I couldn’t even swim properly.”

“Thanks firstly to my wonderful family, team GSD®, my ironman coach Steve Cartlidge (without him I would never have got through it, not only did he teach me to swim he was 100% committed to me, attending 5am cold open water swimming sessions and extremely long training sessions) Gordon Ramsey, Tana Ramsey, Will Usher, Nick Dunn, James Halloway and Kevin Justice (two GR100 team members and friends for life!), all the GR100 team, HUUB and finally and most importantly all of my charity supporters that have raised on behalf of my GR100 ironman event £2,771.10 and £700 for the Mase Group charity, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to you all for your immense support and donations to such fantastic causes.”
